Preorder Items
Preorder products will ship according to the date mentioned in the product description.
We reserve the right to ship later than estimated for valid reasons such as production delays, worldwide logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Important: Please note that import taxes, customs duties, and any additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns are handled through our European return facility to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the return is due to our error (such as incorrect item(s)).
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 working days. After the refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
