Europe: 4–8 working days
Worldwide: 8–14 working days
⚠️ For Outlaw 220 (Tall Rider Edition), Orders to Europe ships end of July. All other regions ship normally. 📦
Preorder Items
Preorder products will ship according to the date mentioned in the product description.
We reserve the right to ship later than estimated for valid reasons such as production delays, worldwide logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Important:
For most countries we ship to, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are handled on your behalf, meaning no additional import charges are normally due upon delivery.
However, this is not available for every destination. Where local regulations, customs requirements, or carrier limitations prevent prepaid import clearance, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities or carriers remain the responsibility of the customer.
Import rules vary by destination and may change without notice. If you would like to confirm the situation for your country before ordering, please contact us. We ship worldwide and are unable to list every country’s import policy here, but we’ll be happy to check your destination.
Returns
You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns are handled through our European return facility to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the return is due to our error (such as incorrect item(s)).
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 working days. After the refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
