Our camping tents, sleeping covers, and outdoor equipment are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes:

Faulty stitching or seam failures

Defective zippers, buckles, poles, or hardware

Material issues affecting waterproofing or structural integrity

Not covered:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper setup

Wear and tear from normal outdoor use

Mold, mildew, UV degradation, and weather exposure

Damage caused by incorrect storage or unauthorized repairs

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or another solution.

Care Instructions

To maximize the lifespan of your outdoor gear:

Always ensure the tent or sleeping cover is completely dry before storage

Clean gently using lukewarm water and a soft brush

Do not use detergents or chemicals that could damage protective coatings

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Avoid prolonged UV exposure when not in use

Reapply waterproofing treatments when necessary

Wear and tear from normal use

Accidental damage (tears, stains, etc.)

To protect the quality of your apparel:

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle

Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and harsh chemicals

Hang dry to preserve fit and prints

Do not iron directly on printed areas

Avoid tumble drying when possible
